During Week 8 of Term 3  46 students participated in the World Vision 40 Hour Famine. Students chose a variety of items as their ‘Famine’ task. Some went without food, others chose to go without furniture and some even tried to experience living with the use of only one arm for the 40 hour period.

It was a good insight into what it would be like living in countries where these experiences go on for more than 40 hours. During this time, the students were sponsored by family and friends. As a collective group the studetns raised  a total of   $ 2521.95 which has been handed over to World Vision.
